About Us

Disruptive Capital Finance changed its name from Curzon Park Capital in 2011. Disruptive Capital Finance was set up to provide Private Equity and Venture Capital funding to support the growth of businesses across the Cleantech sector in Europe. Our combined team has over 70 years of investment experience and has access to GBP 200 million of equity commitments. Our ambition is to build a leading, pan-European investment business in our chosen sectors.

Our key investment criteria are as follows:

• companies that address resource efficiency, including the challenges of diverting waste from landfill and its reuse as a product or energy source
• roll-out of proven technology or industry consolidation
• equity range per investment of £5m to £50m

Disruptive Capital Finance has been actively investing in this sector since 2006 through its first Venture Fund - The Sustainable Technology Fund. Future investments will come from pools of Private Equity funds which are drawn down on a deal specific basis.

Our aim is to generate excellent returns by providing growing business with the resources to build companies that provide world leading solutions to the challenges of moving towards a more resource efficient and lower carbon based economy. During the last 12 months Disruptive Capital Finance has structured transactions totalling £68m.
